Discovering the power of hypnosis firsthand

Learning about the numerous celebrities who place their faith in hypnosis, and having come across a Stanford study on hypnotherapy, I decided to give it a try.

You see, I have a thing for food. Maybe a bit too much of a thing. I’ve tried various diets, keto, counting calories, fasting—you name it. But the weight always found its way back. Being a little overweight wasn’t ruining my life, but I realised that losing those extra pounds would make life better for my health, and my time with the kids and my husband.
